A landmark 44-storey residential tower comprising more than 430 residential units. The project included complete structural works from foundations and reinforced concrete superstructure through to façade systems, architectural finishes, MEP installations, testing and commissioning. The development was delivered as a fully integrated high-rise residential facility with associated external works and handover activities.
